Why can’t I win with a complete hand?
Because it doesn’t reach the minimum fan (3 by default). Check the wait hint: faded waits marked “only N fan” can’t win even if they come. Keep the hand concealed, keep honour pairs, or go for one suit or all pungs. See Winning hands.
What is a chicken hand?
A win with no fan or very few. By default you need 3 fan, so a chicken hand can’t win. To practise, set the minimum to 0 fan under “House rules” in the lobby.
What is the limit?
Fan above the cap (10 by default) still count as the cap. Limit hands such as Thirteen Orphans or Great four winds score the cap directly.
What if two players can win on the same tile?
By default only one wins: counting from the discarder’s right, the nearest player takes it. Turn on “Multiple winners on one discard” in Settings to let both win.
How are flowers replaced?
A drawn flower is laid out automatically and replaced from the end of the wall; if the replacement is a flower too, it is replaced again. Flowers in the starting hand are replaced first. No flowers at all is worth 1 fan.
Does the computer cheat?
No. The computer only sees its own hand and what is on the table (everyone’s discards and exposed sets). It cannot see your hand or the order of the wall.
What is the difference between chow and pung?
Chow takes only the left player’s discard to complete a run; pung takes anyone’s discard to complete three alike. Both cost you the concealed-hand fan.
Is my game saved?
Yes. Every move is saved on this device; close and reopen, and the lobby offers “Continue last game”. Switching devices or clearing browser data removes it.
